but that doesn't mean we didn't eat lol! I've been preoccupied and forgot about posting. So here's this week's menu June 19-22 (Hubby and I eat at work on the weekends)
Monday
Lunch egg salad sandwiches on homemade rolls, and some cheesy bacon ranch pasta salad (we think the pasta salad needs more creamy so we add a little extra ranch to our bowl when we eat it. I may or may not be making this recipe again)
Supper: BLT Wraps (these are amazing!)
Tuesday
Lunch Garlic Toast Pizzas (these are made quite often)
Supper Bacon Tortellini Alfredo (did some changing, used mini ravioli instead of tortellini. Also it's a bit salty and very rich. need to make a few more changes. Otherwise it's quite delicious)
One Minute Cheesecake for dessert. (I used the basic plain cheesecake portion of this recipe and doubled it. I made a graham cracker crust to match the size of the cheesecake and then topped it with some leftover strawberry topping and the leftover graham cracker stuff).
Wednesday
Lunch BLT Wraps
Supper Ate at church
Thursday
Lunch Cheese Bacon Ranch Potatoes I make mine in the oven, and prepped it the night before.
